National Talent Collaborative

The National Talent Collaborative (NTC) is dedicated to accelerating economic prosperity and closing the growing talent gap in the United States. They operate as a network of regional impact groups, collaborating with business leaders, technology partners, foundations, and government officials to address workforce development challenges.

The NTC facilitates best practice sharing through biannual in-person gatherings and quarterly virtual meetings. They also offer consulting and knowledge services to their members, serving as an intermediary with funders and regions to scale solutions. The organization crafts new solutions through cohort-based deep dives on key topics, known as "accelerator groups."

NTC adds value across six unique dimensions, including facilitating a dynamic community of practice, promoting place-based efforts, and shaping state and federal policy. Their work is focused on building bridges between education, training, and employment, ensuring that individuals have access to opportunities for good jobs and economic advancement. They aim to create a workforce development system with an American accent, channeling the energy of government, business, and non-profits.
