We begin with discovery: what you are trying to change, who the system serves, what already exists, and which decisions or dependencies could affect delivery. We then define the recommended work, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and approval gates in writing.
Engagements are priced through custom proposals. We do not publish a generic rate card because scope varies materially across strategy, design, engineering, content, integrations, hosting, and ongoing operations. You will receive the price and assumptions before authorizing work.
