Outlet Rush Field Guide is designed as a local-first shopping utility. Version 1 does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data.
We do not collect personal information through the app.
The app does not require an account. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, payment card details, marketplace credentials, or social media credentials.
If the app lets you enter checklist notes, margin estimates, saved finds, or buy/pass decisions, that content is intended to stay on your device. Excelsior Creative does not receive or store that content in version 1.
Version 1 does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, device fingerprinting, or data broker sharing.
Apple may provide App Store purchase, crash, and diagnostic information to developers under Apple's own platform terms and user settings. Outlet Rush Field Guide does not add its own analytics collection on top of that.
Outlet Rush Field Guide is a checklist and margin-planning utility. It does not authenticate luxury goods, guarantee resale value, scrape marketplace listings, process payments, or provide legal, tax, financial, or marketplace compliance advice.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If future versions add accounts, analytics, cloud sync, AI/photo processing, marketplace integrations, affiliate links, or other data handling, this policy and the App Store privacy answers must be updated before release.
