Airport Layover Kit is designed as a local-first travel utility. Version 1 does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data.
We do not collect personal information through the app.
The app does not require an account. The app does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, payment card details, airline credentials, or social media credentials.
If the app lets you enter emergency info card details (gate, terminal, hotel, airline desk, baggage information), saved layover plans, or checklist progress, that content is intended to stay on your device. Excelsior Creative does not receive or store that content in version 1.
Version 1 does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, device fingerprinting, or data broker sharing.
Apple may provide App Store purchase, crash, and diagnostic information to developers under Apple's own platform terms and user settings. Airport Layover Kit does not add its own analytics collection on top of that.
Airport Layover Kit is a planning checklist and preparedness utility. It does not provide live flight, gate, lounge, or facility information, does not book travel services, does not process payments, and does not provide legal, visa, security, or airline-policy advice. Always follow instructions from airline, airport, and security staff.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
If future versions add accounts, analytics, cloud sync, live airport data, AI plan generation, location services, in-app purchases, or other data handling, this policy and the App Store privacy answers must be updated before release.
