Simon Builders Program

Simon Builders Program is a Career Technical Education program focused on identifying, recruiting, and training high school students for careers in the Building and Construction Trades. Their mission is to empower and equip students with the essential skills and knowledge needed for a prosperous future in the building and construction industry. They strive to prepare students for life success by providing meaningful, high-wage, and sustainable employment opportunities, shaping the next generation of skilled professionals who are ready to thrive in rewarding careers and contribute to the growth of their communities.

The program offers hands-on training and real-world experience, allowing students to learn in teams and in context. Students work on real projects and gain real skills, preparing them for future employment. The program provides over 1000 hours of knowledge and skills training in multiple trades, including an OSHA-10 Safety Certification.

When Simon Builders apply for their first career-related job, they are able to showcase a year of work experience and list a professional reference. This comprehensive approach ensures that graduates are well-prepared to enter the workforce and contribute to the building and construction industry.
